We serve the Tulsa and Oklahoma City area through Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA), the exclusive emergency medical services provider for Central and Northeast Oklahoma. With a fleet of 62 ambulances, EMSA serves more than 1.1 million people and is capable of handling up to 72,580 transports annually.

In Fort Wayne, Ind., Three Rivers Ambulance Authority (TRAA) provides state-of-the-art technology solutions to the state's second-largest city while handling approximately 35,000 requests resulting in more than 21,000 transports annually.
