Under the Paramedics Plus Financial Assistance Policy, financial assistance is available to eligible patients who are in need as defined by the policy. Eligibility is based, among other factors, upon family income and number of family members in the household. If you think you may be eligible for financial assistance, you may request an application by calling the Paramedics Plus customer service phone number listed under the Contact Information on this page. Installment payment plans are also available for those who qualify.

I gave my insurance information at the time of service. Why am I receiving this statement?

If you provided insurance information at the time of service, please review your statement to determine if a payment or adjustment was made based upon your insurance coverage. If a payment or adjustment was made, the remaining balance is your responsibility and may include coinsurance, deductible or non-covered services.

How do I change my personal information online? The insurance information shown on my statement is incorrect, how do I change it?

Where should I send my payment?

Payment should be sent to the address in the remit section of your statement. You can also pay your bill online by logging in to (or establishing) your online account and pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or by e-check.

Why didn’t my insurance company pay in full?

Many insurance policies have a deductible, co-pay, or coinsurance amount. Sometimes certain charges are not covered under particular policies. This may be the case with your carrier.
